Client is from QLD and was looking for an investment property close to where her son lives and can accomodate her and husband when she visits in Melbourne. We managed to find her a newly built townhouse a street away from where her son lives. Also, as she wanted flexibility and access to her property when she needed, traditional rental is out of the question. Hence, we setup and styled her property post settlement for BnB. Property currently earns $75k per annually on Airbnb and that includes her staying in the property one week every quarter.

Collingwood

Client wanted a property where she can operate her business from as well as rooms to live in or BnB. We managed to secure a commercial property for her in the inner city suburb of Collingwood. Property needed a bit of cosmetic work and renovations in which we also managed for her along with setting up BnB for her in order to utilise the 3 bedrooms upstairs. Property currently generates over $100k for just the BnB alone.

The Linden

Client is a doctor from SA and his requirements were to find a site with potential for development close to Austin Hospital and also near Ivanhoe shops that can accomodate a minimum of 3 or 4 townhouses. The particular property we secured can accomodate 4 x 4 bedroom good sized townhouses and meets the feasibility requirements of the client. We managed the construction of the development and also currently manage the BnB.

Park Residences

This property was purchased with plans and permits for a client that wanted to start a project asap. This is a 3 x 4 bedroom townhouse development and all townhouses were sold during presale and construction completed on time. Client decided to keep a townhouse for rental purposes and to increase their asset position

Gardin Residences

Property purchased in Hawthorn Scotch Hill with a short walk to train station, shops as well as schools. Client wants to be near Scotch College and this particular site suits their requirement as it’s only a minute walk to Scotch College and faces part of their sporting grounds. We achieved 4 x 4 bedroom townhouses on this site and all pre-sold prior to construction mainly to local residences.

Frederick

We secured this property as it represented an opportunity for the client to either develop and potentially retain a few units for finance purposes or ultimately re-sell with plans and permits to make a profit. As this property was zoned high density when we bought it, it allowed our architects to be quite aggressive during planning to achieve 6 x 3 bedroom townhouses which was a very respectable outcome for our client.
